Dr. Sheren is a Singaporean physician with over 20 years of clinical experience in Primary Care and Women’s Health with a focus on holistic and personalized care for women from adolescence through post-menopause. Her knowledge spans gynecology, menstrual health, sexual and reproductive health, contraception, postpartum care, menopause management, urogenital health, musculoskeletal health, and osteoporosis prevention.

Known for her research-driven insights into primary and preventive care coupled with individualized treatment and informed decision-making, Dr Sheren’s expertise also extends to mental health, cardiovascular health, chronic care, health screenings, and preventive medicine.

A graduate of the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine at NUS (1997) with postgraduate training in Family Medicine (2002), she is an active member of the Australasian Menopause Society and the Performing Arts Medicine Association.

Dr. Sheren also holds a Master’s in Performing Arts Medicine with Distinction from University College London, making her the only physician in Singapore certified in this field. As Medical Advisor to the Singapore Symphony Orchestra and clinician to students at the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music, National University of Singapore (NUS), she attends to performing artists, addressing their unique physical and mental health needs. Additionally, she is a guest lecturer at University College London, where she teaches about women’s health and performance.

Deeply committed to community service, Dr. Sheren supports the non-profit Caring For Cambodia and advises Surety SG, a social enterprise enhancing midlife women’s health literacy. In her free time, she enjoys playing the piano and cello, combining her love for music with her professional passion for the arts.
